General- the implementation partner (IP) has the lead in sales and implementation.
- ibax supports the IP with all required product/process information and related tools/utilities to enable a successful implementation.
ibax defines the minimal input and deliverables for each process component. - client operation support is defined and established together with the client in cooperation with the IP.
Pilot and Build/Installation (*)- to guarantee the most efficient setup of a pilot version, based on real client data, it’s core is being built and hosted in a virtual environment by ibax itself. all related preliminary consulting and the presentation of the pilot including all component related deliverables is done by the IP.
- the build of the final platform is done exclusively by ibax. the related installation at the client site and further customization of platform core components as part of the implementation process are done by ibax under coordination of the IP.
Operation and Maintenance Support- agreements for ongoing high-responsive operation and maintenance support is provided upon request.
